Народ, вы хоть раз сталкивались с тем, чтобы кооператив реально исполнял свои обещания? Я до «Бест Вей» думал, что это все развод. Но вот уже четвертый год как приобрел квартиру, и никаких проблем. Платежи нормальные, никаких скрытых условий. Все идет по плану. И это мне кто-то теперь будет рассказывать, что кооператив незаконный? Чушь полная! Роман Викторович четко объяснил: все прозрачно, устав соблюдается, ревизии проводятся. Даже аудиторские компании привлекаются. Так чего к ним прицепились? Вон, банки обманывают людей на каждом шагу, но никто их не трогает. А здесь кооператив, который реально работает на людей, хотят прикрыть. Просто смешно и грустно. Я считаю, что мы, пайщики, обязаны защищать «Бест Вей». Уж если и есть в нашей стране что-то хорошее, так это такие организации.
